This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, or termination may apply to services offered by BarSa Consultancy (“BarSa”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a call, purchasing a service, or entering into an agreement with us, you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of Services

BarSa Consultancy provides strategic consulting, advisory, and implementation services related to Google Business Profile (GBP) and client acquisition systems.

Due to the nature of these services:

  • Services are intangible and customized
  • Value is delivered through strategy, time, expertise, and execution
  • Outcomes depend on multiple external and client-controlled factors

Accordingly, returns in the traditional sense do not apply.

2. No Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement, all payments made to BarSa Consultancy are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Consultation fees
  • Strategy fees
  • Monthly retainers
  • One-time setup or implementation fees

Once work has commenced, time and intellectual effort are considered delivered.

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Explicitly mentioned in a signed proposal or contract
  • Subject to clearly defined conditions and timelines

Any exception will:

  • Be documented in writing
  • Override this policy only for that specific engagement

Verbal assurances or informal communications do not constitute a refund agreement.

4. Cancellations

a) Discovery or Strategy Calls

  • Free or introductory calls (if offered) may be canceled or rescheduled by either party without obligation.
  • Missed calls without prior notice may result in refusal of future bookings.

b) Ongoing Engagements

  • Termination terms for ongoing services will be defined in the individual service agreement.
  • Notice periods, if any, will be specified in writing.

5. Client Non-Cooperation

No refunds will be issued in cases where results are affected by:

  • Delay or failure in providing required information
  • Non-implementation of agreed recommendations
  • Unresponsiveness or lack of cooperation
  • Violation of agreed processes or timelines

6. Third-Party Factors

BarSa Consultancy is not responsible for refunds arising from:

  • Google policy changes or algorithm updates
  • Account suspensions, removals, or restrictions
  • Actions taken by third-party platforms or service providers

These factors are outside our control.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to payments, refunds, or cancellations should be raised in writing within a reasonable timeframe.
We aim to resolve disputes professionally and fairly; however, this policy shall prevail unless overridden by a written agreement.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
